At TLC Moves Limited, we are proud to have a family business team consisting of Paul Taylor, a practicing solicitor in residential conveyancing and his administrative support and mother Toni Taylor.
 
Having worked together in the Conveyancing Industry for a number of years has enabled us to identify the solutions that can assist in the conveyancing process.  We strive to provide our clients with the best experience possible, often at a stressful time, ensuring that all transactions involving our services are completed in a timely and professional manner.

Our Services

ID Verification and certification in person including ID1, ID2, ID5 for AP1 applications to The Land Registry.

Share Of Freehold signature coordination and ID verification.

Witnessing of Signatures (for wet ink requirements). As witnesses to legal documentation must be an adult and unrelated to any party to the document, we can assist in dealing with this on a discreet basis.

Sworn Statutory Declarations (that have been prepared in advance).

Certified copy documents (by cross-checking with the originals).

International clients considered on a bespoke service for UK property transactions and if the circumstances permit for international jurisdiction transactions. Often for International transactions a Public Notary may be required (of which we are not).

Assistance for elderly or physically restricted individuals with mobility issues for ID and Signature witnessing. This includes verifying available ID in person where there is no current or valid ID such as a Passport or a Driving Licence. A personal visit will rectify this.

Coordination with Solicitors and Estate Agents involved including documentation delivery (where needed).

With more than 15 years in the field of residential conveyancing, Paul Taylor is the Director of TLC Moves Limited.  As a conveyancing solicitor with a current and valid practicing certificate, there is not an issue or problem that Paul has not dealt with over the years. Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team and help guide you through a process that can be challenging for those involved.
 
With significant experience for the administrative process during conveyancing transactions, Toni is the first port of call to develop the enquiries received at TLC Moves Limited and to coordinate a solution to the logistics as to how we can assist through the availability of Paul.  Having worked closely with Paul for a number of years assisting clients with their needs in a timely manner, often when transactions are time sensitive.
 
Both Paul and Toni are dedicated to provide exceptional services and ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all clients and the parties involved.
